About Me

I was born and raced in Barcelona. I started track and field when I was 15 and this brought me the opportunity to study in America. Now I live in Oregon, Corvallis and I'm studying New Media Communication. I've been always surrounded of nature and I love back packing and discovering new places, culture and meet new people.

I'm a friendly person with a open mind and I'm also responsible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This summer ( 2016) is going to be my first summer of back packing and hitchhiking. It is going to be an adventurous summer for sure! Lot of friends told me that once you started you will never stop! That sounds great!!

I think CS is a great way to understand a new culture and new traditions. It's an amazing way to see other's point of view of this world. Sharing ideas, sharing opinions and point of views from others is so great! I'm cannot wait to start!

Interests

I love sports, mainly track and field! I also like play volleyball (in the beach!) and run in the nature. I'm interesting in discover new places and new people, I think I will never stop willing to know new cultures, traditions and places!

Music, Movies, and Books

such a difficult question... lets see.....: The hunger games, both great movies and books. Some catalan literature like " Tirant lo Blanc" a medieval catalan novel. I also read " Name of rose" from Umberto Ecco (I will never forget it not just because I love it but because it was my first novel in english!)

I also like Classic, Jazz, Pop, Rock... any style of music but heavy music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skinny dipping in deepest lake in America (also coldest lake) and ...
parachute, So crazy, and so awesome! I would like to repeat it, parachute is one of my craziest things I've ever done!

Teach, Learn, Share

I believe in the free education. I believe kids need to feel the thinks they learn (like feel the nature, feel the history in the museums etc...). The best school? the one that don't have chairs!

What I Can Share with Hosts

My cooking skills (I had to learn in the hard way since I'm living alone far from my family!). I like to do "tortilla de patatas" and share it, because is a very easy Spanish/Catalan receipt and good taste and easy to teach! ;)

I'm a good sport couch, specially in run. I can give you as many tips as you want.

I can share my optimism and my point of view of the live. And also I can share good moments, good talks and good laughs!!
