I'm Alban, a french open minded and friendly student in Electrical Engineering at the National Institute for Applied Sciences (INSA) in Lyon, FRANCE.
I am currently studying Electrical Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania during a year as an exchange student. I'm going to be in Pittsburgh until the end of April, 2017.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I really want to discover what the world is made of and satisfy my curiosity through new experiences and by meeting other people. This seems a bit "mainstream" but it is the main purpose of my exchange program, to get out of my confort zone & discover new people, cities, cultures... Couchsurfing seems to be the best way to do so :) Hope I'll meet some of you soon, in the US, later in France or anywhere else !

音乐、电影和书籍

I enjoyed a lot the books Dead Poets Society, Fahrenhein 451, Brave New World, The Old Man and the Sea, Hawking's books and many others. I use to read a lot :)

Considering the movies, I don't watch enough to be able to make a clear ranking or to pick my really favourites but I'd say that I do like a lot movies with Tom Hanks playing in.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I've run (not won, but finished which was our first goal) a race of 3 days which essentially consisted in running (80%) & cycling with 3 of my friends. We did 50km/2000m of elevation gain each day. This is called the RAID INSA Lyon if you want to know in what it consists :)

I'll try to put more things here when I'll find some.

I don't really know ! I try to be interested in many things, but I haven't yet travelled all around the world or done crazy things like that :) You may have, I'll be the best auditor you've ever had (which doesn't make shy, on the contrary hehe).

To summarize, I'd say that I can bring my enthusiasm & my hapiness, if you welcome them :)
