Hi! I'm Albert, a physiotherapist with a strong interest in health, learning, and personal development. I’m currently studying a master’s degree in Psychoneuroimmunology, which explores how the body, mind, and immune system interact. I’m passionate about understanding people and helping them improve their well-being.

I enjoy meaningful conversations, sharing ideas, and learning from different perspectives and cultures. In my daily life I also teach and help students with their studies, especially at high school level.

I like simple things: good food, nature, music, traveling, and discovering new places through the people who live there. For me, Couchsurfing is not just about accommodation — it's about connection, exchange, and authentic experiences.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't have a closed mind about my preferences on music, I usually listen to old rock, rumba catalana, pop, but it's not on the style.. it's more on the group or artist and what they transmit with their music.
Some groups that I like: Coldplay, Michael Jackson, Queen, Scorpions, Auxili, Zoo, Els Amics de les Arts,... for sure I forget a lot of artists that they deserve to be in that list...!
