Overview
About Me
I’m 31, born and raised in San José, Costa Rica. Aviation was my first passion in life, but destiny brought me to what I’ve truly enjoyed since childhood: working with my family in the events industry—creating unforgettable experiences for weddings, concerts, and large productions across the country.
In my youth, I was deeply into skateboarding and extreme sports, always chasing adventure. That same spirit still drives me today as I move around Costa Rica working on events, while living in a cabin surrounded by rivers, hot springs, and mountains in one of the most beautiful valleys of the country: Cartago
I’m extroverted, passionate about music (from electronic festivals to chill acoustic nights), a lifelong Deportivo Saprissa supporter, and a beer lover who believes every trip deserves a new flavor to try. Expect good vibes, stories from the road, and plenty of Pura Vida energy.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I first started using Couchsurfing when I was around 18–20, during my early trips around the world—the first adventures, the first chaos, the first lessons. Along the way, I met amazing people who introduced me to this lifestyle.
Life changes every day and I’m not the same person I was 11 years ago, but the spirit remains the same: to share, to receive, to learn, and to keep growing on the journey—whether in my Costa Rica or abroad.
Interests
My biggest adventure right now is being the dad of a 2-year-old boy—he teaches me every day about patience, joy, and curiosity.
Beyond that, I love traveling around Costa Rica for work and adventure, discovering new mountains, rivers, and hidden places in nature. Music and festivals are a big part of my life, along with sports (skateboarding in my youth, hiking and extreme activities now) and, of course, football—lifelong Deportivo Saprissa supporter ⚽.
I’m also passionate about beer culture (always looking for new flavors to try), aviation (my first passion), and meeting people who enjoy sharing stories, laughs, and good energy.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music is my daily fuel—I enjoy everything from electronic festivals (house, techno, trance) to reggae, classic rock, and Latin beats. Always open to discovering new local sounds wherever I travel.
When it comes to movies, I’m a fan of adventure and action, but also love documentaries about travel, nature, aviation, and inspiring stories. Favorites include Into the Wild and Interstellar.
I’m not a hardcore reader, but I enjoy biographies of extraordinary people, aviation stories, and books about entrepreneurship, creativity, and self-growth.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Built events for thousands of people in the middle of Costa Rican jungles, turning wild nature into unforgettable celebrations.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach about marketing, event production, and how to enjoy Costa Rica like a local—hidden rivers, mountains, and the best pura vida spots.
I’d love to learn new languages, cooking recipes, and stories from different cultures.
I always share good vibes, local beers, music, and travel stories—because the best part of life is the exchange.
What I Can Share with Hosts
can share good vibes, stories from traveling and working all around Costa Rica, and a deep local knowledge of my country—hidden rivers, volcanoes, beaches, mountains, and the pura vida lifestyle.
I also love sharing music, a cold beer, cultural exchange, and long conversations about life, adventures, and dreams. If you’re ever in Costa Rica, I’ll gladly return the favor and show you around like a local.
