About Me

I am me. Seriously, nothing describes me better. And I like doing things; I like seeing and learning, meeting new people, reading and travelling, telling stories, hearing stories and making new ones. I like making new friends and spending time with the old ones. I like adventures, nights in dark forests, campfires, roofs, cozy cafes and bohemian bars.

What I do in my life? I studied maths and now do my master in Philosophy. I am a freelance theater director at contemporary dance theater. I play GO, play piano and guitar; I brew beer and make wine. And oh, I am passionate about ancient cultures (especially music - and I can teach some ancient Lithuanian songs :) ).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like seeing places and wandering through cities. But catching the real soul of the city is impossible in limited time - that's why you need a guide; to show you underground bars, small cafes in the middle of nowhere, cozy hippie places and other special things. I know Vilnius, I know him well. And I'd like to meet your city.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music I really like: oh boy, I like so many different bands and styles! First that came to my mind: Anouar Brahem and Eshareh (and their album "Les Raisins"); Hammock and God is an Astronaut (for post-rock); Respighi, Saint-Saens and Chopin (for classical music); Saltillo (for trip-hop). And I like chill-step and trip-hop in general. Other wonderful bands I recently listened to - Pygmy Lush; the Dodos; Shakey Graves;
