ABOUT ME

Well I guess I can just say that I like to be at peace with myself and therefore with my sorroundings. I love helping others and I try to dedicate my life to the service of the earth and every being that inhabits it as I feel love and compassion are inherent in our nature.

Interests

Art and Permaculture are some ways trough which I express myself. I love painting, doing illustrations and playing music. And I certainly enjoy working with plants and animals whenever it's possible. I'm into raw living foods nutrition as I think it is one of the best ways to restore health and balance within ourlseves.
I also use meditation as a way to reconnect with the true self and also as a tool to remember to see things as they really are.
