ABOUT ME

I'm a very independent, easy going person. Enjoy to walk around new places, and meet new people, share experiences, learn about different cultures, SIMPLY LOVE to hear travel stories and those funny memories we all have... i'm expecting this to be the best journey ever.

Soooo I surfed 7 years ago twice, and now i'm back.. trying to upgrade this profile. I studied arquitecture, graduated, worked in a studio for a while, but.. i do not consider myself an architect. I'm obsessed with beauty (the real thing, not the popplasticmarketing sh*t) I love to draw, and lately i've been experimenting with visuals, you can see my work in the two links below:

Whimsical facts:
I have dreadlocks, i do not smoke weed.
I do not like orange, nor the color, nor the fruit, and probably will dislike other things by mere association of color. I do not have a problem with people who like orange, my best friend's favourite color is orange. There... i'm tolerant.
I have tattooes and some piercings but everything happened later in life. I wouldn't call myself a rebel.
I have a thing for folding paper.
I dance, all the freaking time. Been dancing dancehall for a while now, use to dance hip hop, but dancehall just ate everything else up. Yet.. i'm not too much of a party person, i'd rather stay home and watch movies, or go out for some drinks with friends. And now i'm almost 30 and my body will just not stay up too late unless someone's getting married.
I like to read old long historic novels, science fiction, and humorous contemporary authors such as Vonnegut.
I believe respect and empathy will save mankind.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

The whole experience i think is nourishing, i did it twice before and it was something to remember. I must admit i completely forgot about it when i went back to Chile ( i used to live with my parents so i had no chance of hosting back then) but once i got my own place i hosted people thru other websites.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Movies: the darjeling express, disney pixar, movies by joe wright... and i love the classics (star wars, indiana, casa blanca, citizen kane...) (hahaha!! this was ages ago. Today i would say V for vendetta, Inception, Life of Pi, The big short)
Music: Ben Howard and british indie in General. Love our Latin Folk Music. Dancehall and Reggeaton
Books: Slaughterhouse five, 1984, anything by Bradbury, The portrait of Dorian Gray is my all time favorite.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

bunjee jumping.
I just recently did my first tattoo. Is not really an amasing tattoo by itself, but it was a ten year old drawing i did and i tattooed it on my younger sister, so... is still pretty dope to me.
