I've basically been travelling most of my life, Having lived in dozens of houses as a kid, and trying to explore new places and new ideas whenever the opportunity arises.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Couchsurfing reflects a lot of the values that I have always practiced in my life. I haven't had the opportunity to surf much in recent years, so I host on occasion and try to attend the local gatherings and events.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I first surfed with some students in Rio; my experience has been entirely as a host since then, through CS as well as HC and GFL. I also try to make it to the potlucks and other gatherings.

Diving in the abismo anhumano, dancing in a torrential downpour, waking up for the sunrise, waiting for sunrise to sleep, horseback riding under the full moon, saving a small African village from a hoard of marauding driver ants using only a garden hoe and a glass of water.
