By this time in my life, I`m seeking for seeing the world, visiting places, encounter people and learning from their cultures. Learning a new language and new customs fascinate me and engage me into thoughts that propel me to grow.

ABOUT ME

I am a free spirit in the world. this time of my life I seek for traveling and knowing people. I`m Brazilian, living in California for two years (up to July 2012) currently working as an Au Pair (child care). ** Traveling, Making connections that allow me to understand the world better, and the potential of things people are capable of, by seeing and experiencing. In my search, I want to learn from the place how people think and how they developed their culture. This also helps me to understand better the place where I came from, and why we think/act the way we do. Meeting people is essential to get the knowledge growing, but somehow, I also need some time myself to process things I`ve seen, heard, tasted, photographed, sketched. I like to write, to get the thought flow, but also to record what I a thinking right now. I like to sketch, so I will keep the image on my mind almost like forever, plus keep a piece of this story along. And my camera is a great partner on this journey, where I have found that I have really met the person I am.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like the idea that traveling is like fuel to my thoughts. When I go to a new place, I like to learn as much as I can ahead of time to get a true experience, to try to capture the essence as better I can. That`s also a reason I like to take a time myself for taking pictures, writing and sketching. However, I am also willing to help and feel helpful. If I`m couchsurfing I am saving money, so would like to give the world some help. I believe using some of my time to bring back to the world the opportunity the world is allowing me on visiting the place.
