Student on holiday, hitchhiking eastward , listening to the world...

I am totally new to couchsurfing, I usually only rely on camping or the kind souls met on the road ( hence no references yet...)

I joined couchsurfing because I recently acquired a smartphone and want to meet open people who can show me around their world, culture and language and also so that I can safely visit cities without having to sleep in the streets and worry about less friendly night-humans....

I study electroacoustics and am intérested in sound as a material to touch people
