I'm a 20 year old from Australia, about to head on a year long exchange to Europe! I've done a bit of travel through Europe before but am keen to get back and experience more and more.

At home, I'm currently completing my Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Political Science, International Relations and Philosophy. I'm definitely more of a humanities than a science person, and I love discussing anything!

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I haven't been using Couchsurfing very long, but the couple of experiences that I have had have been fantastic. I've definitely found that using Couchsurfing is a great way to meet interesting people, and experience other places and cultures in a way that you usually wouldn't get to as a normal tourist.

For me, travel is often much more about people than it is about places; the places where I have the best memories are usually where I made really good connections with others. Couchsurfing is a great way to facilitate this I think, and although my hosting opportunities have been limited, I'd love to be involved in it.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Music; Ty Segall, Mikal Cronin, Thee Oh Sees, Arctic Monkeys, Foals, The Pixies, White Fence, The Growl, Pond, Tame Impala to name a few. Like most music, but mainly into all different types of rock, and a bit of jazz or classical on the side.

Movies; Into most things except horror. Like a good dark comedy.

Books; Sci-fi and fantasy, Classic and modern literature. I read a fair bit.

-I could teach some piano or general music. Not experience as a teacher but have been playing for a while.
