ABOUT ME

Hmmm, I never know how to describe myself. I´m a pretty free-spirited person who is always open to random adventures. I suppose we all are, though, in some way just by being on this site. I´m also pretty grounded and responsible (so you don´t have to worry about finding your car in the pool if I happen to stay with you.) I´ve used couchsurfing several times over the years and have met some really cool people and some pretty close friends- and one former roommate- on it, so I have a mountain of praise for it. I had a mini quarter-life crisis a few years ago and underwent a complete career change. I went back to school for nursing, which meant putting a stop to traveling. Now that I´m done with school though and have put in some time as a nurse, I´m happy to start globetrotting again!

PHILOSOPHY

There is a silver lining to everything. And given the right amount of wine, I can stay up til the wee hours of the morning to talk about it.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I randomly played midwife to a nesting sea turtle in Mexico. It was one of the most unexpected but incredible evenings of my life... it felt the like the world had stopped as the mother lay her eggs.
