Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

Couchsurfing is a great way to get to know people around the world and has so far always been a good experience.

I have had wonderful experiences surfing all around Europe and the US and also hosting some people in Helsinki. Currently I don't have an apartment to host people in but the option is always open later.

Interessen

Photography and cameras, visual arts in general, making and listening to music, DIY-culture, skateboarding, good movies and literature, hiking. Although I always enjoy just drinking coffee and hanging out with friends as well.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

MUSIC

I like anything from electronic music to obscure folk and rock, punk, rap, etc. Often stuff that is somewhat in an experimental vein.

MOVIES

Mostly arthouse cinema but also some good junk every now and then. Some favorite directors include Paul Thomas Anderson, Michael Haneke, Werner Herzog, Stanley Kubrick and Andrei Tarkovsky. I also love watching documentaries.

BOOKS

Mostly nerdy theory stuff with occasional essays and poetry.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

A roadtrip through the US with five friends, living in Berlin for three months, hiking and sleeping on a deserted beach between mountains in Norway, being taught by some of my favorite artists. So many things to be grateful for. Life has been good!

I can teach photography, vegan cooking or very bad skateboarding. I'm also open to learn and share anything you're interested in!
