I am a Latvian that lives in Akureyri, Iceland, where my boyfriend Daniel is from.
As of now we are traveling from Iceland to South America and back.
I have just graduated Bachelors in Film studies in Riga, Latvia and we are officially free to travel no strings attached. This is going to be our first big trip to a different continent.
We are hoping to meet likeminded people who enjoy art, music, food and culture and hopefully get in touch in the future.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We have traveled a lot before and two things that are important to us is meeting new people and enjoying the vibe of new places. We haven’t really used couchsurfing before, but i think this is a great platform to make new connections.

Teach, Learn, Share

We love to learn about peoples journeys and share our own. Also to learn some new phrases in another language is fun. I can teach you some Latvian, Daniel can teach some Icelandic, though bare in mind it’s like super hard, i’m struggling here for two years, haha.
And we’re both learning Spanish for the South American trip.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to cook, eat at home and share with my friends. I’m no pro, but i can cook some cool meals, that some might not have tried before.
