I love playing sports, meditating, reading books on personal growth and helping other people.
I am passionate about fitness and have been practicing this discipline for over 4 years. In the past I did bodybuilding but currently I practice calisthenics. I have obtained two personal trainer certificates and can help with muscle development, fat loss, performance improvement, I can give you nutrition and general health advice, if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask me and I will be happy to answer them.

Travel with the bike from Como lake in Italy to münchen (1000 km) from 19/09/23 to 01/10/23, all the Italy tour with the bike (7500 km) from 09/11/23 to 22/04/24 and Europe tour with 27 countries that I visit (13000km) from 30/06/24 to 08/01/2025

A private room with a double bed, 2 sofas in the living room, bathroom service, wifi, food and the possibility of cooking in the kitchen.

The house where I live is divided into three parts: the first floor where there is my mother, my sister and my grandmother, with all the pets: 9 cats, 2 dogs and 2 aquariums, the second floor where my apartment and my brother's are located.
My apartment is very minimalist, I don't have heating because I like to get out of my comfort zone, overcoming difficulties, plus I save money, I try to use electricity, water and gas to cook to a minimum, in my appartament there isn't hot water, I only take cold showers to train my body, my mind and get out of my comfort zone.

My apartment is very messy because I prefer to dedicate my life time to other things such as: training, reading, spending time with friends and family, etc. If you are looking for a clean and tidy place, this is not the place for you, but if you are not interested in the local beautician but you just want to have a place where you can sleep, cook, rest or spend time with me, this is the right place.
