Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I don't have a couch in the strict sense, but I'd like to offer someone or 2 people my bed for when I am away a few times a year..probably great for people who want to extend their stay in the city, rather than get to know it from the start- as I won't be around too much except for at the beginning and the end. But I do know good places to eat, have great coffee, nice bars that are not in the guidebooks etc. which I'll be glad to recommend.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

totally new to this..but I'm always interested in foreign cultures and meeting people from different backgrounds. I'll be happy to host when I can and would love to be someone's guest, too..
