I am from the Caribbean and with that I carry a fiery craving for venturing into the unknown. My dream is not only to just travel the world but have my mind explore the vast cultures and traditions that comes with it. I am very open to learning new things and with that I hope to attain some type of self fulfilment about actually experiencing what this world has to offer while I am in my youth. I am an artist by nature so I do carry a very open mind for all mediums of art as well as all generas. Bob Marley and John Lennon are my favourite of them all no doubt, I am a freedom fighter to the core and Isee the world for what it is. Favourite movies are Cloud Atlas, The Fountain, Interstellar, Grave of the Fire Flies, Kubo and the 2 strings, any movie that opens my heart to what this life really is. (Ahhhh Documentaries ofcourse)The Alchemist (like most), The Four Agreements, Meditations by Marcus Aurelius, The Celestine Prophecy. Time is the most valuable thing in the world so I am very picky as to what i dedicate that time to. Each day I strive towards becoming a more complete and awakened individual, that being said, all that I pursue must contribute in some way, even if it is small.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Perhaps the most amazing thing I have ever done (which really isnt all that much campared to what I plan to do) was done in two hikes, a 3 hour hike to a deserted beach only accessible by boat and foot in Trinidad where I currently reside. At night I laid down under the most breath taking view of the starry sky and that was a really mind opening moment for me. The second was in my sister island of Tobago where I hiked to the tip top of the Argyle Waterfalls with my family, it was a proud day for myself and the people I hold closest to me.

I am a strong advocate for ayurvedic practices and ways of living. I try to embody Yogic ways of living whether it is healthy living, mindful exercise and stretching or simply just being mindful. I was also very active in the Confucius institute at the University of the West Indies where I did a tai chi beginners course and a tai chi fan course. Unluckily my next step was to go after doing a course in Mandarin which i would put on a hold for the time being. I love to cook so bring my Caribben roots forward and share a couple of our tasty dishes would be an extream pleasure.

I can always bring a smile sharing positive energy and a helping hand. My culture being a caribben island is very diverse and I would be honored if my host would appreciate learning my culture. I am also willing to show some of my tai chi skills and guide my hoast through this healthy and life enhancing practice.
