About Me

ABOUT ME

I am a nice and outgoing person who loves good company and people :)

PHILOSOPHY

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm currently moving houses in London and still a bit unstable to have guests, but I'll get that sorted as soon as I have a new place

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted few times in Rome and always had great time :)

Interests

I love photography, travelling, books, cinema and good food and wine. I enjoy the company of people but sometimes I also like having some time for myself. My family is from a small village in the mountains and my parents taught me to live in contact with nature. I love hiking, riding and skiing. I think one of the best thing in the world is reaching a mountain peak after hours of hike and enjoy the sight - everytime is something amazing - and the silence.

Music, Movies, and Books

Pedro Almodovar, Ferzan Ozpetek and Stanley Kubrik are some of my favourite directors. I love old b/w movies, but it is too hard to choose. I appreciate any kind of good movie.

I grew up with books, I read everything! I like classics, but I think one of the best writers ever is Marcela Serrano.

Music - since I am not able to play any musical instrument, I try to get as much I can from listening to music. Mostly, 60s-70s-80s and guitar and piano solos.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Worked in a boarding school for Afghan girls in Kabul

Teach, Learn, Share

Of course, I can teach you how to coo real Italian pasta: something that can always be useful in life :) Then, I already helped a couple of friends in learning some Italian, so I guess I am not that bad as a teacher. I like listening to other people life experiences - and draw inspirations from them.
