Hello Everybody!
I'm Alessandro, I'm a biology student (I will graduate from my bachelor in march 2026) and I'm currently spending a semester in Vilnius.
I'm half bosnian and my father is from Naples, I was born there but I grew up in Venice province.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love travelling and I would like to visit all the countries in the world!
I decided to try to use Couchsurfing because I'd be curious to experience the possibility of being host by someone I initially don't know and maybe to make some new friends all around the world.
My Erasmus in Vilnius taught me that friendships are not limited by distance and borders :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to a lot of different genres, some of my favourite artists are: Aphex Twin, JPEGMAFIA, Denzel Curry, Pink FLoyd, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, Freddie Gibbs, Frank Zappa, Radiohead,... .
Among my favourite movies there are: La Haine, City of God, Donnie Darko, A Clockwork Orange, Kill Bill, Parasite, Perfect Days, Tokyo Godfathers, Eat Drink Man Woman.
I like reading, but unfortunately I don't manage to make it a hobby... The last book I read is Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to Lapland in March and I managed to do the sauna and take a bath in the Arctic Ocean! One of the craziest experiences in my life :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can play the drums, the piano, the flute and some percussions. I also studied music theory and currenntly I'm trying to learn to play the guitar.
When I was a child I used to speak serbian-croatian fluently but then I lost the ability, I want to start studying it so I can use again my second language.
I'm quite good at cooking and I like preparing food for others, especially if they never tried certain dishes that I can prepare!

I'm a curious person, I can share my experiences, recommendations about travels and destinations and I like knowing about others' lives and stories :)
