ABOUT ME

My name is Alessia (like Alessia Cara, pronounced just the same), I'm 25 and I L-O-V-E travelling.
What I love, more specifically, is the sight of new, unfamiliar places...the smells, the food, the people...and the feeling of freedom that comes with it.
I've travelled quite a bit on my own and I've met some amazing people in hostels etc., but I decided to switch it up a bit this time and finally fully embrace the Couchsurfing experience!

COUCHSURFING
I discovered couchsurfing in 2017, when I first decided to do a solo-trip to Japan, but never ended up using it :( so here I am, now actually going through with it! I am also looking forward to hosting people in London once I get my own place, so look forward to it (I know I surely am)

音乐、电影和书籍

Music-wise, BTS and k-pop have been something I really enjoyed for the last 3-4 years, but generally I also like rock and pop music (but very open to listen to new things)

There's a lot of books I like (especially Stephen King's), but the one that will always remain with me will be How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie...I read it at a time when I really needed it, and it's inspired me to become a better person

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I left home at 16 to go live in the US for a year with a family I had never met before!...by far one of the best things I've done in my life

I've also walked across the whole Yellow Mountain in just two days! (and saw the best sunset of my life...it was above the clouds and it was magical)

I love to eat together and just have some chill time...I wouldn't say I am an amazing cook but I can try my best to cook you something tasty!
