My name is Alex and I grew up in Washington, DC. I have traveled around the United States and lived in New Orleans,LA as well. New Orleans is my favorite city in the US.

After working in a cubicle in Corporate America for 5 years, I decided to upgrade to living out of a backpack to travel the world. I have been on the road for 22 months and counting, which has been the best decision of my life. I spent most of my time traveling around Australia and New Zealand.
