Currently living/working in Spring City, PA- a town with just as many cows as there are people. My work slows down during the winter and I’m trying to fill the gap with traveling/hosting.

I have chickens as well as a dog named Waggles. Don’t let the name fool you he’s a good bird dog when he’s not napping or looking for treats!

Bought a one way ticket from Philadelphia to Madrid with no idea of how long I’d be in Europe. 5 countries and 5 weeks later I landed back in the US with an even bigger hunger to get out and see the world.
