I am a professor in communication studies. I try to keep some balance and find that being social, having some gym time, and camping are all great ways to do that.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I used to always lived in houses where one of our friends were always coming through and staying for a few days and have loved getting to know people from all sorts of different backgrounds. I also hope to use some of my breaks to do some couch surfing of my own.

兴趣

My interests range from the extremely nerdy (how poststructural critiques can acknowledge individual identities), to the political, to the every day. I love hiking, camping, and exploring the environment, as well as going out/staying in and hanging out with friends.

Musically I tend to veer towards the weird/hipster side of things, but really do enjoy all sorts of music. One of my favorite things to do is choose a random playlist and see what I find. Beyoncé is always queen.

Movies and TV tend to vary, but I will always love Breakfast at Tiffany's, Pan's Labyrinth. 90 Day Fiancé is my guilty pleasure.

My reading list is constantly changing (at least if I'm doing it right); but I will always love the Harry Potter and House of Leaves.
