I'm originally from the Northeast, U.S. (about 4 hours North of Boston and an hour and a half South of Montreal) but I moved to the Midwest for college. While college wasn't the best fit, I fell in love with St. Louis and the people I met there. I've lived there the last 5 years working for a local restaurant chain as a manager as well as bartending in the evenings. Theatre and acting are my true passions and I've worked with multiple different theatre companies in St. Louis over the last couple years. As of this past year I am vegetarian -- mostly for environmental reasons.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am embarking upon a European adventure with one of my best friends and my future business partner! I have never left the States outside of our neighbors to the North and want to soak up as much culture as possible. We have a few cities and events marked on the calendar but for the most part we are truly looking to see/do as much as possible.

Music, Movies, and Books

Lover of all things Daft Punk, Kendrick Lamar, Frank Ocean and Tame Impala. I listen to all kinds of music but a handful of artists religiously. Huge movie nerd (I love The Big Lebowski and all of Tarantino's works). Reader of whatever I get my hands on (mostly just classic works of fiction). Down to talk movies, music and books all the time.

I went skydiving a couple years ago even though I am very much terrified of heights.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am an extremely good-natured, polite dude (if I can make that not sounds narcissistic). I am great with kids (worked as a camp councilor in high school for multiple summers). My traveling partner is a fantastic cook (I am a serviceable one). Good with my hands. Life experience in/perspective from very different parts of the U.S. A healthy knowledge of all kinds of different books/movies/music.
