I grew up in an Asian neighborhood in New York City. I was raised by Colombian immigrants and went to a technical high school that is predominantly Russian-Jewish and Chinese. Needless to say, I'm comfortable with friends from all over the world!

My past professional lives were in art, anthropology, medicine, and cognitive psychology. I went to graduate school for electrical engineering and currently work as a software engineer in Boston. I don't think I will change my profession again anytime soon. : ) However, I am currently looking into making music...
