I’m a New Yorker who left his home life to expose myself to something new and different.

I’ve been traveling for a few months now and i’ve visited many different countries. Traveling has been a new and exciting lifestyle, for all its magnificence and misfortunes, and I wish to continue living like this until Fate throws me in another direction.

I left my job back home, and with enough savings from work, I don’t have a set time and date for when i return to New York.

I’m on couchsurfing because I want to meet genuine people from the areas I’m visiting. Many of the place I’ve traveled are all built around tourism, so it can feel fake at times. I want to experience “the real thing” in the places i visit. I’m hoping that I can find it on couchsurfing.

I can share my good-natured company with hosts. While I’ve never been a teacher, I have spent my whole life speaking, reading, and writing English. I have the patience and understanding to teach my language and learn someone else’s. I also studied cinema and photography in school — I can talk endlessly about movies, or even teach you how to take a good quality photograph.
