I'm Alex, a Brooklyn native who loves to travel and meet new people. I'm a reader, a hiker, a writer, a listener, an athlete, an adventurer, and pretty okay human being I think. I am easygoing and am an open book, and I love sharing my experiences and hearing about yours. I can be incredibly social if that's the kind of guest or host you want, but I can keep to myself too. I am clean and try to keep a fairly minimalist lifestyle, as I think more stuff detracts from and devalues the relationships we have with each other. I can be very social if that's what you look for in a guest, and will happily stay up til all hours of the night discussing books or music or our upbringings or whatever. I am also more than happy to help with household chores or tasks, cook a meal, or buy us dinner or drinks. I want to make my stay with you as fun for you as it is for me, and as someone who has hosted a fair number of guests (outside of couchsurfing), I know that is possible.
