My name is Alex Marzo. I grew up in the Philippines and moved to the United States when I was 17. I am an avid traveller and have been to China, Costa Rica, Peru, and Europe.

Traveling has encouraged me to help people learn more about the culture and city that I'm living in. The people that I met on my travels have been good to me, and to repay that kindness, I would like to host people as well.

I think having an individual who knows the city and culture would be a better guide when I visit a new city. Also, having a friend show me around is a better idea than traveling and getting lost alone :-).

Interesses

I like to cook, play the guitar, race triathlons, and do stand-up comedy. I'm a big wine fan!

Obviously, traveling is a huge passion as well.
