By trade, I am an architectural designer (not a licensed architect, yet) with a passion for good design, compelling art, and thoughts that provoke more thoughts. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Why not take the opportunity to meet new people? Make new friends? Share good food? The fun stuff. For me, particularly, the reason why I am going to hop on a couch to surf the world is to simply explore it. And should I be fortunate to meet somebody along the way that would humor me and my cheesy jokes (yes, I'm at that age), I can share about the world I come from while they help me understand theirs as I navigate it.

Movies: Arrival, Annihilation (if you disagree and would like to know why I think this movie is so good, feel free to ask), Big Fish, V for Vendetta, 300, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Kung Fu Panda (when I'm in the mood), What Dreams May Come, and that's all I can think of at the moment.

Books: I namely read nonfictional books though I don't have any favorites to list.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

First thing that comes to mind was that I took a leap of faith by leaving my job and set off to go see the world! At least I am getting ready to. I'm new to this couchsurfing thing haha.
