Hi I'm Alex, 26 years old and originally from the south of England. I'm a friendly vegetarian, easily pleased with a bowl of noodles and a crisp cold beer. I've worked in the events world as a technician, building screens and operating cameras across Europe and the UAE and am now in Melbourne looking for new adventures with my partner. Back home I like to spend time with friends, family, and animals. I'm a passionate football fan and enjoy attending games, despite supporting a team who lose nearly every week (read into that what you will, you may admire my glass half full optimism or think I'm destined for failure !!). I love to party, although I prefer to keep things small and funky, and have been involved with the party scene in London as a DJ and VJ. Love to cook, share food with great people, drink wine and put the world to rights !!

I've moved to Australia with my partner who is an avid CouchSurfer. She's told me of nothing but good times and great adventures and I'd love to experience some of that, and hopefully brighten somebody's home for a couple of nights !!

Música, películas y libros

Into a little bit of everything music wise, although I spend a lot of time searching for great house & techno and used to play on a weekly internet radio show back in the UK. Pretty open minded with films, although I have a soft spot for romcoms and to be perfectly honest if it's got Hugh Grant in it, I'll be watching it !! And as far as books, my sincerest apologies to the literary greats but it's Harry Potter all the way for me.

I worked as a camera operator on Neil Young's European tour a few years ago which was an awesome experience. Travelling around on a fancy bus, seeing lots of amazing cities, great music every other night and money in my pocket at the end of it.
