I'm a young musician from the Midwest, trying to gain some insight on the world and figure out some ideas for what I'd like to do with my future. My hope is that travel will give way for opportunities to meet like-minded and different folks alike, and encourage experiences I wouldn't be able to have back home. I'm not in school right now, in order that I could focus on traveling with music; I play in a touring punk band called Better Friend. I'm looking to learn. I'm looking to grow and widen my perspective. I'm looking to be challenged. I'd love to find some folks to play some music and talk about the state of things with. I wanna meet people of all flavors.

In my spare time, I generally find myself playing a great deal of music, primarily guitar and singing. Nothing in the world makes me feel better. I love art of all media. I'd love to see some museums or shows (particularly house shows/diy shows) and meet other artists. recently, I've been trying to embrace film and camera work and have been working on putting together a handful of different projects. I love cycling and being outside, any kind of activity under the sun. Cooking is a fleeting passion of mine, though I've got a lot of improvement to do

I'm generally a pretty laid back person but certainly know how to have a good time and party freely. I'm open to the whole spectrum

I love the idea that a community of open minded folks can bypass the system through which most people travel (hotels, transit etc). As well, I think this is a much more social and fulfilling way to lodge. I'm excited to meet new folks

I love rock and roll music in everyone of its forms but also have a huge place on my heart for jazz and hip hop among other western genres.
I have a fairly long and pathetic list of movies I haven't seen, but in lieu of that, my list of anime watched makes up for it.
