ABOUT ME

Iam a graduate from a sustainability programme from a Danish University and recently I moved back to my home country. I enjoy cooking for friends, have a drink, travel as much as possible (especially in Latin America) to experience the beauty and diversity of our planet.

During the day I am working in the quality and environmental department of a logistics company. My main task is to develop an environmental strategy and to identify ways of making the organisation a more sustainable enterprise.

Interests

Food. I love streetfood and currently I am trying to reproduce my all time favorite streetfood: Tacos Al Pastor.

Other than that I am in for any museum/art/exhibition wherever I am travelling.

BOOKS:
Currently I am reading German literature from early 20s century: Herman Hesse, Thomas Mann and Stefan Zweig.

MOVIES:
Woody Allen, Gaspar Noe, Tarantino, Ricky Gervais

Love to discuss cuisines and share or demonstrate recipes.

German and Englisch and I love to pick up new Spanish accents and words (my Spanish is a paisa Colombian Spanish - the coolest, according to research)
