我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I wanted to keep expanding my understanding about cultures, other people's ways of living, and such. I certainly believe that if people in one country would spend some time getting to know more about people from other countries, there will be much less conflict in the world.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

For me, something amazing has been able to give back to others. I volunteered with AIESEC in Peru when I came back home after living for sometime in the US. I helped teaching and mentoring children in impoverished areas. Seeing their happy little faces and receiving their hugs when me and the other volunteers showed up was quite special.

cook a meal, help cleaning, bring a present, share stories, teach one the languages I know, do some improv together, teach some krav maga, and more!
