ABOUT ME

HELLO. I am a thoughtful, quiet, polite, creative individual who enjoys the company of people who share my same love of people, of experience, of expertise, of art, of music, of passion, be it quiet passion or passion that is bursting from the seams. I love people who love living. I can't say I myself am the most jolly personality (I am not easily excitable and prefer to play it "low-key") but I am learning to cherish the thoughts, ideals, and spirit of the many great people around me who I've come to know and who I have yet to meet. Meet me! I will most likely love you.

I grew up on Long Island.

I recently graduated from the University at Buffalo where I studied architecture. I plan on going to graduate school but not before I take two years off to develop my skills and follow my other creative ventures. This summer I worked alongside my father doing carpentry and home remodeling work and I worked with an Architect as a draftsman working on residential builds and renovations. I designed and built a sculptural chair with my good friend Joseph. I started a website with another good friend of mine Eric. It is a humor blog found at DazedDog.com where I contribute weekly cartoons and illustrations.

My plans for the immediate future excite me. In December I will be heading out to New Mexico to volunteer on an Earthship Project. Then traveling to Buffalo to build another chair. Then I plan on moving out of my house, either to New York City or to the desert of the South West.

I am a newbie when it comes to Couch Surfing but I am looking forward to changing that this December.

Generally have a thing for crappy over played movies that I find on television. TV series are great like Portlandia, Maron, Curb Your Enthusiasm, American Horror Story, Louie, Breaking Bad. Music I like to mix it up - anything from Paul Simon to Bowie to The Velvet Underground, to MF Doom, to Animal Collective, and so on and so forth.

I saw a shooting star last week. My first one after 22 years of living. It was breath taking.
