This is my sentiment towards traveling. I fall in love with every place I go. I rarely have complaints while on the road and learned that the best experiences don't require 5 star hotels. I enjoy the social experience of hostels and couchsurfing. I first used Couchsurfing in Munich, Germany to go to Springfest and I loved the feeling of living in an apartment on the outskirts of the city with the locals. I'm not just looking to save money, I'm looking to get a real feel for the city I'm falling in love with. I'm not a slob, I play hockey and after spending a couple months in Belgium, I have an affinity for pretentious beer.

I also work at Lou Malnati's, home of the best buttercrust deep dish pizza in Chicago, If you ever come to Chicago, you'll have an in at one of the best places in town.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

After spending a semester abroad in Leuven, Belgium. I caught the travel bug badly. Couchsurfing is hands down one of the coolest ways to get to know a city.

Ice Hockey, Alternative Music, Beer, Did I mention Ice Hockey? I really like hockey. Travel (duh) and being out of my comfort zone.

The Cliffs of Moher in Ireland literally took my breath away. Their beauty combined with the rush of hanging my feet over the ledge and looking down 600 feet is something I will never forget. I also never fail to be taken aback when admiring the architecture of a cathedral or town square that has been standing for hundreds of years.
