Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I sleep well on couches. At 6'1", most couches are a little bit too short for me so I need to do creative things with my legs in order to fit. I have good dreams when I sleep on couches too. Better than bed-sleep dreams but not quite as good as hammock-sleep dreams.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I recent saw a really amazing laser. Like the type that you only ever expect to see in the movies. This thing was part of an engineering or astronomy project at Dalhousie University in Halifax. The big green laser shoots directly up into space as FAR at the eye can see into the abyss of the universe (apparently to measure weahter patterns..or the moons orbit... or to blow up mars...) Anyway, I was thoughroughly astounded by this. Between the laser and wireless internet I've decided that we really do live in the future.

"Couch surf in Halifax. See the laser!"
