My name is Alex and I build motion capture sensors for extreme athletes. I work remotely, which means I get to bounce around the globe and hang with people pushing the limits of sport. When I'm not working I'm usually trying to extend my trips without breaking the bank, or hoping on the cheapest flight I can find to an unexpected city.

I'm always stoked to meet new people, and couch surfing always gives you the local insider knowledge you need to truly experience a place.

Interessi

I grew up in Florida surfing, but I love anything outdoors. I ski, windsurf, climb, hike, bike... you get the picture. I moved to Oregon to get outside, and turn the Columbia River Gorge into my gym.

If you're in the Portland area in summer I can get you on the water paddleboarding, kiting or windsurfing. If it's a Wednesday, we have sailboat races on the Columbia. If it's winter, let's ski on Mt. Hood.

Depends on why I'm traveling, but often tickets to whatever sporting event we're running, or whatever tradeshow is coming up that week.
