Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

So decided to give couchsurfing a go as most my social circle where I live is English and are married. With this being the case I tend to see a lot of America from a tourist perspective without getting a clue what goodies the locals may know.
At the end of the day it's all about meeting great people whenever you can.

Interesses

Surfing, just learnt since moving to California as it seemed to place to do it!
Come the winter you'll find me heading up some mountain to throw myself off with a board strapped to my feet.
Used to wake board back in England.
Socializing and getting a cheeky drink, usually combining the two as that's when things are most fun.

Love teaching people to surf, can get people standing up pretty easy. I couldn't teach beyond that.
More than happy to get pointers off people since I need it too, still class my self as just an enthusiastic begginer.
Anyone to go would snowboarding with would be ace too!
