I understand that you may not have time to write a deeply personal request to everyone, but kindly suggest you at least to read through my profile and use my name, and more information about yourself. I'm really fed up with bare copy-paste requests from people with no references, brand-new profiles, just looking for a place to stay overnight by sending the same request to numerous hosts.
