Hi!

So my name is Alex, I was born in France with British parents. I studied and lived in the UK for five years, before doing an MA in Paris for two years. I am passionate about environmental issues. My aim in life is to have my own entirely autonomous house (in terms of energy) in the countryside, with a huge vegetable garden... and have a minimum impact lifestyle.

For now, I'm now interning for a UN department in Incheon, South Korea. I'm discovering a whole new city, country and culture, it's extremely exiting!

Generally I think that I am a shy person but quick to laugh and build friendships. I enjoy meeting other people and learning about their lives. Who knows, maybe the next person could be you?

PS: I'm clean and house trained.

I'm on Couchsurfing because I love the concept. It's about human interaction, sharing, generosity, curiosity and discovery. I am on couchsuring because I think it's sad to go and stay the night all on your own in a hotel room, when you can sleep on someone's sofa, and actually get to know that someone! It is also the best way to discover a city, by meeting a local :)

Musica, film e libri

Currently my favourite band is this American band from L.A called Vulfpeck, it's a weird name, but their music is oh so funky!

Not so sure about movies, I usually trust Christopher Nolan and his talent though! And some Miyazaki... absolutely love him.

Books... oh, I'm a big Game of Thrones fan, Philipp Pullman and other fantasy stuff. I love a bit of old school French poetry and literature, oh and Alessandro Baricco. Magical.
