I’m trying to get around and meet interesting people along the way, and eventually host folks when I have the means. It used to be that I wanted to save money, but after meeting some really great folks I’ve realized that this is a pretty amazing community to be a part of.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have an education in classical music so I like loads of different kinds of music and art. I’m reading lots of books lately, including: The Broom of the System, by David Foster Wallace; Man’s Search for Meaning, by Victor Frankl; and Impressions of Africa, by Raymond Roussel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Written and recorded an EP of original music, graduated from a music conservatory, and currently hitchhiking from Winston Salem, NC to the west coast.

Teach, Learn, Share

I teach music professionally, from how to play guitar, piano, ukulele, or banjo, to songwriting and music theory.

I’m really interested in learning more about myself and the people who are just living their lives.

I want to share the light I have within me with all the other folks who are willing to do the same.
