I'm a pretty easy going person with a weird but good (and dark) sense of humor (or so I have been told). I love living abroad and have lived 4 years in the Netherlands.
The last year I have spend in Kiel, Germany with friends, but now it's time to go out in the world once more. The new destination? Edinburgh!
I don't know anybody there yet which is a totally new experience for me so I figured CS might be the perfect way to get to know the city a bit before starting my studies there.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Music
I think you can't go wrong with rock, basically any kind of rock from alternative to hard rock/metal. Though I also enjoy reggae or hip hop.

Movies
Far to many list them all, but I love "mind fuck" movies that make you think, confuse/surprise you or down right weird. Some examples for my taste in movies: Trance, Fight Club, 12 Monkeys, Scott Pilgrim VS the World or Hot Fuzz.

Books
mostly fantasy or science fiction. I loved Game of Thrones (the books, the series is decent) and can't wait for the next one.
My favorite author would probably be Michael Crichton because he makes the border between science and fiction so blurry that you can't really pin down where one ends and the other begins.
