ABOUT ME

I'm pretty outdoorsy and love adventure. Love meeting new people, and although I work a full time job, I get plenty of time off. I have a pretty lively social life and love being active. Je suis bilingue aussi en francais.

PHILOSOPHY

Figure out what's happening and why it's happening before you ever try to forecast what will happen. A trick I learned as a forecaster, but it applies to most of life's situations. Analyse, diagnose, then prognose. Doctor's follow this approach as well.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I surf and host, but a lot of times, I'll host couchsurfing events in the city, like BBQs. That's mostly how I got involved in the first place.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far, it's been a blast. I've hosted great people and surfed at others. It's always been a differen experience, but always good.

Interessi

Playing music, hiking, camping, canoeing, pioneering, travelling, geocaching, road-trips, cooking, beer, weather, dancing...the list goes on. I love experencing and getting to know different cultures, learning history/geography, and site seeing.

Learn: I love learning languages and am open to learning new things in general
Teach: I'm actually a catechist, sail coach, and scouter. I could teach you camping & hiking skills, snowboarding, the languages I know, cooking, and piano.
