Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Meet new and interesting people, expand my worldview, show surfers a fascinating side of Waltham and Brandeis (my school), help make traveling easier and less commerical.
ABOUT ME
I am an adventure-enthralled enthusiast for life, liberty and the pursuit of all things excellent. I like taking week-long hikes with friends, building rafts and going down rivers, sharing poetry around campfires, meeting new people and exploring the world at night. I also love theatre and getting scars, eccentric people and those with different opinions. Imagination and potential would define me if I ever stopped changing.
PHILOSOPHY
I live my life like art- taking risks, being honest, passionate, genuine and committed to the wellbeing of my friends and integrity. The more honest one is with one's self and others, the more able one is to discover what one wants and how to get it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'll do some surfing, meet some people, hopefully host surfers and get to know the nearby couch-surfing community. When I decide to eventually travel for a few months, I'll probably surf between couches where I go.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
None yet. Just joining. My friend kept telling me about Couch Surfing while we were in Edinburgh, so I'm itching to get started.
Interests
Adventures, hiking, poetry, ultimate frisbee, art, theatre, music, really deep conversation, getting to know new people, exploring the world, learning from others, politics, helping others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Last summer I built a raft with my friends. We went down about 20 miles of the farmington river in CT in luxury, smoking our cigars and lounging in deck-chairs (before the raft began sinking).
Teach, Learn, Share
If you are feeling unsure about yourself, spend a few minutes with people you don't like. Often, being around others one disagrees with stimulates confidence far more than being around people one wishes to emulate.
