Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I joined because of my term abroad at Leeds Uni, which was a good opportunity to see and learn more about the rest of the UK, while trying my hand at being a couchsurfer. Having recently settled down together with my girlfriend in Marburg, I am now happy to host eager couchsurfers myself!

Intereses

I am curious about everything I can see and hear, feel and taste, do and learn in search of new thoughts and ideas. I like going to festivals and festivities of all kinds, preferrably anything supporting and/or representing local culture, bei it traditional or modern, concerts or exhibitions.

Música, películas y libros

Music is very important to me, although my taste in music is quite undefined and fuzzy at the moment, but ranges mainly from rather calm acoustic tunes to rock of any kind, not despising any other genre.

As a student of English studies, I feel the need to fill my knowledge about the English culture, so any advice on literature, movies etc. is gladly appreciated!

Algo increíble que he hecho

Not too long ago I was literally hunting for Aurora Lights, but was only able to catch a glimpse. Already was an amazing view!

Canada, especially the Canadian Rocky Mountains, had some breathtaking views and moments, which I don't want to miss.

Enseña, aprende, comparte

Having worked at an electronic store, I learned some things about how to solve problems with a variety of devices and software, which comes in handy every now and then.

(Thinking of it, even in general, I would consider myself to be a quite good and "passionate" solver of any kind of problems)

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

I like to share any knowledge of the German (or English) language I have aquired so far. Love to learn something new about language and culture as well!

Also, I like to share some of my recipes by cooking for anyone who is around.
