I would describe myself as an easy going person, open minded, very thoughfull and respectfull, caring about others and always working on myself to become a better person. I read a lot of books on personal growth and they guide me to become more peacefull with myself and the world. I'm very friendly and I love to connect with people. The conservations I have with everyone I meet are so constructive and help me evolve. I love talking about the challenges people face, or their projects or their idea on the world, on politics, on animals, on women, on music, on love, on relationships. I'm always amazed at how great people are!

I'm into natural things. My favorite stores are natural stores where I can buy medicinal plants, organic products, essential oils and other goodies. I took a few classes on how to integrate medicinal plants into day to day healing. I'm glad to share my knowledge and help people with their health.

I love plants! Medicinal plants, but also vegetable plants and ornamental plants. They all play a part in my life. I studied in growing organic vegetables.

My curiosity have lead me to do many things! I love to experiment in cooking. I make my own tempeh, kimchi, Sauerkraut, kombucha, vegan icecream... anything with a recipe that gives the basics to follow. I essentially cook with fresh produce. I also create my own soap bars.

I am sportive and enjoy trying new sports, just as I enjoy trying anything new. Right now, I'm into hiking (and rustic camping) and mountain biking. I just love mountains! For me, hiking is like meditation. Camping in the woods resets my mind and makes me enjoy all the little things nature has to offer. I feel I can take the time to live when I camp. The top of a mountain is where I feel the most freedom. Mountain biking helps me be more centered on the present moment.

My goal for the next few months is to integrate meditation in my life!

Meeting locals is for me the most essential aspect of my travels. It makes me feel at home! I like to understand how people live and discover secret places! I love sharing with people!!

I enjoy listening to music in general. I virtually like any music genre, except pop music.

I don't really watch movies because I prefer spending my time on other projects, but I normally like movies inspired by true events.

My readings have to contribute to my knowledge or my personal growth. Reading on feminism, on environment related topics and on veganism is what interests me most.

I can teach on making your own soap bars, on cooking vegan, on making different fermentations.
I can teach on how to use different medicinal plants or how to grow organic vegetable plants.

I would love to share sports : mountain biking, hiking, boxing, swimming, tennis, basketball.

I want to learn how to skateboard!! And maybe surf!! And rockclimb!!
