Hi! My name is Aleksandra but people in Russia call me also Sasha. I like both.

I work in the international media agency but I’m not a journalist. Although I worked for them before.
I worked as a host and have extensive experience in organizing events on stage. The largest audience was 65,000 people, and the highest level of my work is the work with president.

I like travels but I don’t have a target to visit all countries. I’ve visited 76 countries and have plans for about 35 more. I travel to meet new people and through them to understand culture and customs a little better. It seems to me that if we know about other nations not from the news, we will encounter less stereotypes and lies.

I like to dance and go to bars with live music, but I don't do it often. I love animals! I am interested in art and at the moment I want to know more information, because I think that it develops us.

Surfing 🏄🏽‍♀️isn’t sport for, it’s a lifestyle that I like. My dream is to move to place close to the ocean.

I am quite sociable, cheerful, able to keep up the conversation on many topics, but sometimes I need time to be alone. And I love it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I don't know why I didn't use this site when I was younger. Probably because I was afraid, because then I did not speak English at all. I want to try now and hope it will be an enjoyable experience.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have volunteer experience in Africa and the Philippines, worked at a children's center in Turkey, helped to sort out humanitarian aid for victims of the earthquake in Syria.
