As a host: I've been an Airbnb host in the past & really enjoyed introducing fellow travelers to my community. While I still stay at Airbnb accommodations occasionally, the hosting aspect seems to have departed from its original intent and is more focused on profit. I welcome interesting, respectful travelers who are on a budget.

As a guest: I'm a predominantly solo traveler & this is a great way to meet like-minded folks, have unique experiences and save money....for more travel!

Music: I appreciate all type of music. I have several friends who are singer/songwriters, so I'm a bit partial. I love to find local, live music when I travel.
Movies: Comedies, Documentaries.... Mocumentaries
Books: runs the gamut - from Ayn Rand to V.C. Andrews. Most are listed on my Goodreads app. One of my favorites is Innocents Abroad by Samuel Clements (Mark Twain)
