Overview
About Me
I work as a Math teacher in a secondary school in London, and have got my degree in Engineering from Oxford. I am also runner, have been a part of my university athletics team and now train with a local club in london!
I have travelled a lot with my parents, and have started travelling by myself and with friends since starting university. I have been to many European countries and regions of Russia as well!
I am originally from Moscow, but have lived in Spain since 2013 and in the UK since starting uni.
This summer I want to cycle from Malaga, where my parents live, to Cabo de Roca in Portugual with my sister:)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love travelling, meeting new people and sharing my experiences. I have friends who travelled all of southeast Asia solely by couchsurfing and hitchhiking, and I was very inspired by them! There is just so much to see and explore in this world, and couchsurfing can make these experiences even more memorable and special.

Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy singers like Irma, Whitney Huston, Leyoka, as well as Spanish reggaeton. But my favourite genre of music is russian rap, with two singers-Max Korzh and Noize MC each having a big part of my heart. The latter one has amazing texts with so many metaphors, and the former one has a huge fanbase, which I am lucky to be a part of-we travel to different countries, go to concerts, organise events, and spend a lot of time together. I have found so many friends and made so many memories thank to Max! My passion for travelling also started from being a part of the fanbase, so I would love to share their music with you.
My favourite movie is on the edge of 17, just because it is so relatable! In general I am a big fan of romantic movies and romcoms especially.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Travelled around Altai region of Russia in a motorhome for a week! The views were probably the most amazing views I have ever seen, and living in a motorhouse is definetely an experience I can not recommend enough.
I have also travelled from Moscow to London solely by trains and buses once, without flying. Took me over a week, but it was totally worth it, I have seen many new cities in the way and made new friends:)
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you some Russian, would love to go for a jog with you, and tell about my experience with Oxford. I am also a maths teacher and am very passionate about the subject, so will be very happy to do some maths puzzles or similar with you/your children! I also love cooking so will happily help you in the kitchen.
