Hi!

I recently moved to Panamá for work and will be here until the end of the year. I'm from the US (CT and NC) and have recently been living in London and Copenhagen. I'm new in town so I don't know much about the area, but I would love to do some exploring throughout the city and the country. I'm a former rowers, now love running, hiking, and crossfit.

I'm working on my Spanish, but it's still rough :)
